To further this goal, we have developed custom protective casings for the HP ProBook 445 and HP ProBook 435. The Signpost Shockcase reduces accidental damage by over 60%, extending the life of devices and reducing waste—one step closer to creating a sustainable learning environment.

Purchase HP qualifying products through Signpost Education – devices designed to meet the unique needs of schools and colleges.

Trade in your old devices

2. Trade in your old devices

For every new device purchased, trade in one old laptop or desktop (up to 8 years old, fully functional). The program supports up to 250 devices per school and 1,000 devices per Multi-Academy Trust.

Submit claim

3. Submit your claim

Submit your claim through the Brighter Futures website within 30 days of purchase. We will guide you every step of the way to ensure your claim is processed smoothly.

Brighter Futures will arrange for the collection of your old devices within 60 days, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Once your trade-in devices are processed, your school will receive a cash reward via BACS transfer – helping you reinvest in your students' future.
